LUBBOCK, Texas — Parkhill is pleased to announce the promotion of 12 design professionals into Senior Associate and Associate positions recognizing their commitment to serving our clients throughout its 10 offices across Texas and New Mexico. 

“All 12 of these individuals are very deserving professionals who have worked toward our mission of Building Community,” said Joe Rapier, President and CEO of Parkhill. “I look forward to their continued contributions to Parkhill and the communities we serve.” 

Ryan Kennerly, PE, DBIA, has been promoted to Senior Associate. He is a team leader with Parkhill’s Water Resources Practice in the Lubbock office. He is an expert in master planning and construction of potable well fields as well as hydraulic analysis through modeling software, future analysis of water study development plans, sewer piping, and lift station and pump station design. Ryan has worked with Parkhill for eight years. 

Kreg Robertson, AIA, has been promoted to Senior Associate. He is a Studio Leader for Parkhill’s Community Studio 2 in the Lubbock office. His church designs include the award-winning Turning Point Community Church in Lubbock, where Kreg and his wife are active as community group leaders. Kreg has worked with Parkhill for 23 years. 

Todd Hardin, Associate AIA, has been promoted to Associate. As a senior leader of Higher Education in the Lubbock office, Todd serves as a Project Manager, coordinating design and construction administration services for community colleges and large public-sector institution projects. Todd has been with Parkhill for 10 years. 

Brandon Hartley, AIA, has been promoted to Associate. He is a member of the Healthcare Practice and a BIM Coordinator in the Lubbock office. He has been heavily involved with developing standards to help achieve a high level of equipment integration and help with facilities management through BIM software. Brandon has been with Parkhill for 10 years. 

Michael Krusing, PE, has been promoted to Associate. As a Team Leader in the Aviation Practice, he pulls from his design and construction oversight expertise to give our clients the same level of service that helped win the 2015 and 2017 TxDOT Aviation’s Most Improved General Aviation Airport of the Year. Michael has designed multiple projects for TxDOT Aviation and New Mexico Department of Transportation. Michael is in the Lubbock office and has been with Parkhill for nearly 11 years. 

Kristi Laverty, PE, has been promoted to Associate. She is a member of the Water Resources Practice in the Lubbock office where her expertise is focused on irrigation and potable well and pump design, sewer and water line design, and water tank storage design and rehabilitation. She has been with Parkhill for 10 years. 

Matt Laverty, PE, has been promoted to Associate. He is in the Lubbock office and has worked on a multitude of projects with Parkhill’s MEP/Structural Practice including educational facilities, water/wastewater projects, government facilities, religious facilities, and commercial facilities. He has design experience with most structural materials including steel, concrete, masonry, and timber. Matt has worked with Parkhill for 13 years. 

Todd Stiggins, PE, has been promoted to Associate. He is a Project Manager for Municipal Solid Waste in Parkhill’s Environmental Practice in the Lubbock office. His experience includes engineering design and construction services for over 150 acres of MSW landfill liner, final cover, and capital improvement projects in Texas and Oklahoma, including managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets in excess of $50 million. Todd has been with Parkhill for two years and has 15 years of experience.
